Q. How to order ?
Ans.

All enquiries on our services and orders are handled via email. Please Login to avail the facilities of MEMBERS AREA like ordering items, tracking previous orders, viewing offers etc., so u have to go on LOGIN and new user should register themselves with clicking on REGISTRATION option And fill up the details. When you will fill your email id and click on GET SECURITY CODE an email will come to your email id with a security code. Post that security code and all details and click on SUBMIT option.

After login you can buy products by option ADD TO CART with every product. Select measurement attributes like blouse, petticoat etc if you need, before clicking on ADD TO CART option. Now after ADD TO CART you will get a message on your screen “Added to Cart Successfully”.

Click on SHOPPING CART option after completing your shopping. You will get your Shopping Cart details. If you need to do any changes like quantity, add or delete petticoat & blouse stitching etc then you can do on this page. If you have any DISCOUNT COUPON then fill it to COUPON NO.

If you want to buy more products then click on CONTINUE SHOPPING option and if you want to give us the order finally then click on CHECKOUT option.

Now you will get CART DETAILS and SHIPPING DETAILS on your screen. Fill the details and click on SUBMIT option.

Now you will get BILLING ADDRESS DETAILS page. Shipping and billing address can be change. After filling all details click on SUBMIT option.

You will come to PAYTMENT DETAILS on your screen now. Select any payment option which is best suitable for you. If you have our GIFT COUPON then select GIFT COUPON option, now click on PROCESS MY ORDER. You will get an email on your email id for order confirmation, and we also receive your order.

After this you will get PAYMENT PROCESS page on your screen. Fill up all details and click on SUBMIT FORM option. Now after MANUAL AUTHORIZATION your order will come IN PROCESS and you will get an email on your email id for payment confirmation.

If you have selected any measurement attribute then you will get an email regarding MEASUREMENT LINK for each and every product to your email id. Click on the measurement link and fill all the information and SUBMIT it.

If the credit card payments are of high order amount, then the payment gateway may not or may ask for MANUAL AUTHORIZATION by which customer has to bear such exercise-

MANUAL AUTHORIZATION -

The documents can be required as follows: -

(A) The customer's credit card statement, which clearly shows the card number and the billing address of the card. The statement should be a recent one and should be of the same credit card used for the transaction. We only require a scan/fax of the header section of your customer's credit card statement, which contains this information.

(B) A photo ID of the credit card holder whose credit card has been used for this transaction. This may be any one of the following: -

• Driver's License or,
• Social Security Card or,
• Passport or National Identity Card or,
• PAN Card / Voters Card.


Please note that you have a maximum of 5 days from the date of the order to, comply or else the CCAvenue Risk Management Team will automatically cancel this order.

All the items are delivered through our logistics partner FEDEX couriers.

There might be variations in color, however every attempt would be made to deliver the same product.

Q. What Are the additional delivery / Shipping charges ?

We have business co-librations with the courier companies to ensure the timely and economic delivery of the products we sent to our customers, however there are no charges applied for the deliveries inside india. Delivery charges for the other countries are on a flat basis depending on the number of products selected for the delivery. The base price for the delivery is Rs. 600 INR and after that on every product it adds a sum of Rs 300 INR to overall shipping charges.

Q. How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made ?

All the products are hand made so it will take 20-25 working days to deliver the same.

Q. What is Return Policy ?
Ans.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items deliver to you are in perfect condition. However, there is remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is deliver to you. In such cases when your ordered item is damaged during transit or wrong item is deliver to you, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of item is made by you in 24 hours from the receipt of the package. Such request is to be made by getting in touch with customer care and giving the reference of your order no, product details and price. On receipt of your parcel back to us we will send you the same item with time taken refer to stock in ready or not at our cost provided that our products was damaged in transit or a wrong item is delivered to you. Q. Is there any kind of Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax is there on receiving Products ?
Ans. Yes there may be Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax and must be paid directly by you. As these are not in our control and not even included in ordering process, your government may charge you there on receiving goods.
Q. Cancellation of Order ?
Ans. www.sareemax.com, ccavenue.com reserve the right to cancel any order suspecting fraud. Customer may cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order by emailing us and the 10% of the total order amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

Ans.

  This coupon is available to provide discount facility for customers shopping online. For example on Diwali we will send a discount coupon no. (Like DIW-10) to our customers. It means we offer some discount on your purchasing for Diwali occasion.,

Q. How to Submit Measurements ?
Ans.

When you will give us order according HOW TO ORDER, you will get an email regarding MEASUREMENT LINKS for each and every product on your email id. Open the LINKS and fill the details and click on SUBMIT option. If you order more than one piece of same item and all are for same person then fill only one measurement chart. In case of Lehengas and salwar Kameez in women’s wear and Sherwani, Kurta Payjama, Jodhpuri Suit and Designer Suit in Men’s Wear you not need to click at measurement option, an email with respective measurements links will automatically come to you. If you need the Blouse stitching and Petticoat (underskirt) you have to opt such option than only you will get respective measurement links on your email id.

Q. How I can check my order history ?
Ans.

First LOGIN yourself at SareeMax. Click at MY ACCOUNT option. Now click at ORDER HISTORY option. You will get your order history. If you need to know about BILLING INFORMATION, SHIPPING INFORMATION and ORDER INFORMATION then click on order id. To know about ORDER STATUS / ORDER NOTES click to ORDER NOTES option.

Q. How I can change my profile ?
Ans.

First LOGIN yourself at SareeMax. Click at MY ACCOUNT option. Now click at PROFILE option. Now you can change any information in your profile, click on SUBMIT option. Your profile has been changed now. And you will get an email regarding registration reconfirmation on your email id.

Q. How can I add products to my Wish List ?

1.  On product page there is a link ‘WISH LIST’. Click to this option you will get a LOGIN page. LOGIN yourself now. If you are new customer then click to SIGNUP option, and fill up the details. When you will fill your email id and click on GET SECURITY CODE an email will come to your email id with a security code. Post that security code and all details and click on SUBMIT option.
Now your desired items will be added in WISH LIST.

2.  LOGIN yourself first. Now you can add any product to WISH LIST by clicking WISH LIST option.

Q. How can I view my Wish List ?
Ans.

LOGIN yourself at SareeMax. Click at MY ACCOUNT option. Now click at WISH LIST option. You can see your WISH LIST PRODUCTS.

Q. How do I move items from my Wish List to my Cart ?
Ans.

LOGIN yourself at SareeMax. Click at MY ACCOUNT option. Now click at WISH LIST option. In wish list page click on product name. Now click at ‘ADD TO CART’.

Q. How I can change my password ?
Ans.

LOGIN yourself at SareeMax. Click at MY ACCOUNT option. Now click at CHANGE PASSWORD. Type old and new password and SUBMIT it.
